Getting there :
Closest City: Pelling
By public transport: • Reach Bagdogra (by flight) or New Jalpaiguri (By train) • Go to Siliguri Junction and hire a shared cab directly for Yuksom. (9-10 hrs drive) • If direct cab is unavailable, take a shared cab to Jorethang then, another cab from Jorethan to Yuksom.
Aditional information :
• Permission from the forest office is mandatory. Can be acquired from the Forest department office in Yuksom.
• It is recommended to hire a local guide to sort out essentials for the trek.
Entry Fee: 500 Rs
Food,Water and Stay on the trek: • No mobile network available after Yuksom. • Multiple water sources available throughout the trail.
