Closest City: Joshimath

By public transport • Reach Haridwar or Rishikesh, by train or bus. • From Haridwar/Rishikesh, take a bus to Joshimath or Badrinath. • From Joshimath main market, take a shared cab to Govindghat. • If you manage to get a bus for Badrinath, you can directly get down at Govindghat.
